Return & Refund Policies

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. Products must be returned unused and in the original packaging for full refund.

Shipping Charges are not refundable for product returns. The original shipping charges are not refundable for product exchanges but no additional charges will be incurred for “standard” shipping of the exchanged item.

Refunds for items returned within thirty (30) days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

A Return and Exchange Form is enclosed with every order.

Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color or item. If you are exchanging merchandise, please fill out the exchange portion of the form.

You will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Please send your package, including your return and exchange form via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.

A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement

International Orders:

Unfurtunatelly due to the high cost of international shipping we are not able to provide exchanges. If you would like to return an item for refund you may ship the item to the address indicated above. The original shipping charge is not refundable. You will be responsible for the shipping cost for the return of the item to us.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax of 8.25% will be charged on all orders shipped to California.

Sales Tax of 9.25% will be charged on all orders shipped to the San Mateo County of California.

All other U.S. States and International orders will not be charged sales tax.

Shipping Information:

All orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of the time of the order placement. Should any delays in fulfilling the order occur the customer will be notified.

FREE Shipping is available for all orders shipped to the United States with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii.
